brand new independent flat with lofted bedroom and lots of light. Eat out in front or rear terrace and enjoy the fine manicured garden. No traffic, no neighbor problems, 10 min from Castelfranco by bike and 200 m from Golf course Ca'Amata.
you wil have a completely independent flat with huge south facing window and access to front and rear walk-out patio. A circular staircase takes you to the lofted bedroom where you can retreat in peace but have close contact with rest of the flat. The flat is brand new and nicely furnished. Nice windowed bathroom with big shower conveniently located on ground floor.
you will have access to private parking - gate opener supplied, as well as to free wifi. Microven and 32" led TV in flat. You will have your own sunny south facing terrace and access to rear terrace with grill
I live in the flat next door. I am single and often away on business so you will be able to relax and enjoy the huge manicured garden all for yourselves
The flat is on a small dead end road where only a few houses are present - very quiet, huge manicured garden with very little noise - apart from birds singing. From second floor you are able to see the centre of Castelfranco which is only 5 km away and possibility to reach Golf Ca'Amata by foot, Bassano del Grappa, Marostica and Asolo are all in 30 min by car, Venice by train also a wise choice
Castelfranco train station is the center point for getting around - Venice , Padova, Verona all on direct line . I have 2 bikes to get to the station ( 10 min ). The Mountains can be seen from backyard with Asolo 12 km away.
