Beautiful fully furnished home located near Cubs/Rockies/Diamondback spring training baseball stadiums, ASU, Mill Ave, Tempe Market Place, Old Town Scottsdale, light rail, and the airport.
2 car garage and guest parking spaces available.
Back yard complete with propane heat lamp, charcoal & propane BBQ's and patio furniture.
Community pool.
Rental prices for short term rentals include all utilities. Water, trash, basic cable, and electric.
All stays over 15 days are required to pay electric utility by invoice per month.
All guest are required to sign a legal lease agreement and sign off of home inventory check list within 24 hours of check-in.
This is a fully furnished home, therefore an inventory list will be sent to all guests, guests are responsible for all household items. If any item(s) are lost, broken, or taken, moved and not put back to original placement, the guest will be charged for the cost of replacement.
