Description

The villa is situated on the beach of “pachia ammos” with a beautiful sea view, only 14 km away from the town and the port. At north and west the villa is facing the sea with astonished sunsets and view of the islands of Paros, Syros, Delos and Mykonos. At south and east the villa is facing the mountains. In the evenings, constellations of stars will keep you company. Surrounded with a “wild garden” of 4.000 m2 gives you enough of privacy. The spacious areas inside the villa (210 m2 ) shows through the big windows a nonstop sea view and mountain view. The three bed rooms on the second floor are all spacious (20 m2) with verandas and sea view. The two bathrooms are also located at the same floor. On the first floor is the kitchen with all the modern facilities, a toilet, the dining and the living room. All areas are connected with a big terrace of 170 m2, suitable for celebrations or for your exercises, such as yoga, pilates and other similar activities. The location of the villa is perfect for calm and relaxing holidays and a base for hiking, wind and kite surfing. The beach at the front of the villa is with pebbles and sand. Next sand beach is only 15 minutes walking distance. The villa has all the facilities necessary for a comfortable accommodation and internet line. Friendly to children, with specious verandas and a big garden for them to play. In August and September traditional feasts are organized in the area for the local saints. At the villages of Engares and Gallini, only five (5) km away, traditional taverns offers tasty local food and wine of there own productions.

Getting around

The island of Naxos is the biggest, comparing to the other Cycladic islands. Car is the most convenient way to explore it and to be able to visit all the interesting sights.

Few days before your arrival, I will arrange with you a meeting point in the nearest village (Engares) and lead you to the villa, that way you don't need to be anxious to find it. I will be in your disposal and show you the house, also give you some information about the area and about the island. If you wish I can even suggest things you can do for a pleasant stay.
