Beautiful Touristic Accommodation home, just outside central Rome and part of the famous Sabine hills; surrounded by 13 thousand sqms of land covered with olive trees, fruit and grape vines. The villa is 350sqms and is on 3 levels: ground floor 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining area and fitted kitchen. Thermo-wood fireplace ,solar panels and photo voltaic energy; balcony surrounding the whole villa with a front porticato, for entertaining and eating out; front garden with a traditional pizza bread oven and a 1 meter wide BBQ area; ample space for a 4 -5 meter swimming pool, which is generally prepared around June. Second floor,3 large double bedrooms, terrace for breakfasting, massive traditional bathroom, decorated in a modern and beautiful Italian style. We have fruit trees and our own chickens. You can walk down into the land and picnic or camp out. We plant and grow our own organic vegetables; we make jams, tomato preserves, salami, prosciutto etc...

Torri in Sabina is a beautiful medieval town on the outskirts of Rome; most of the villages found in Sabina are old medieval castles .From mid Spring there are festivals with a celebration of food, music, fireworks: see the processions of people following their patron saint down narrow decorated petal roads and brass band following. Sabina is only 40kms from Umbria (San Francesco) and the famous town of Narni which inspired C.S. Lewis in the Chronicles of Narnia. It is about 50kms from Terminillo Skiing resort. The train station to Rome is only 15 mins away by car 35 mins. There are many English, Dutch and Americans in Sabina; they have discovered the area to be just as beautiful as Tuscany and can offer the same delights and if not more...
