Description

SANA has the main house has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and sleeps 10.

The is a hostel we call Maricucha male and female rooms accommodating 14 in each room. Discounted rates for missionary groups.

There are 4 private rooms named after my grand daughters: Aliyah, Abigail, Alicia and Emily.

Each with private entrance, private bathroom/AC/Fan/TV/radio/mini fridge and access to "Emily's Kitchen. OR you an have Noemi cook for you!

There is laundry facilities/solar hot water/free wifi/internet/BarBQ/fugon (for Sancocho). Car rental is available with English speaking driver/tour guide.

SANA is a cooperative, in that any services provided to you by our cook, driver or manager are done directly for you. I do not profit financially by their working for you. SANA benefits enormously because our guests rave about the service they receive from The SANA Crew: Erick, Noami and Frank. Yeudi is our house sitter. The property is gated and locked with an intercom and a bell to ring at the gate. An ETA is helpful Shuttle is available upon request. Flight details etc would be required

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sharon (the owner) a message.

If Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
