Description

STUDIO TOTALEMENT INDÉPENDANT dans une maisonnette séparée avec accès indépendant, située dans le jardin des propriétaires, terrasse privative équipée de mobilier de jardin et d'un barbecue.

Notre petit appartement, entre ville, mer et campagne, est simple mais confortable et offre tout ce qui est nécessaire à une ou deux personnes pour se reposer au calme et visiter la ville et ses environs.

SITUATION : Sur les hauteurs du village médiéval de GRABELS tout près (8km) du centre historique de MONTPELLIER, .

Cadre très agréable, vue exceptionnelle, calme.

La garrigue, les pinèdes, à la porte du studio...

Cœur de vile de Montpellier (8 km) accessible:- en voiture (15 mn).- en voiture + tram à 3 km (30 mn).- à bicyclette par piste cyclable (8 km).

Les plages à 21km

COMPOSITION DU STUDIO.

- Coin CUISINE équipé : plaque électrique 4 feux, combiné four/micro ondes, réfrigérateur, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire, aspirateur, ustensiles, vaisselle, nombreux placards.

- COIN REPAS: table, chaises,

- COIN SÉJOUR: canapé lit (120 cm), table basse, bibliothèque.

- ESPACE COUCHAGE : double (140 cm) en mezzanine mansardée (hauteur 130 – 70 cm) avec velux, ventilateur.

- SALLE D'EAU/WC : parquet bois, grande cabine de douche avec porte vitrée, large fenêtre avec très belle vue, grands placards.

- TERRASSE avec table, chaises, chaises relax de jardin, barbecue.

- PARKING sur rue (peu passante: impasse).

PAS DE TV, de lave-linge, de lave-vaisselle

En raison de l' EPIDEMIE de COVID :

- à cause des contraintes dues au nettoyage le check-in est fixé entre 15h et 20h, le check-out entre 7h et 10h.

- nous estimons préférable pour vous et pour nous que les voyageurs fournissent leur propre linge de lit et de toilette. En cas de situation particulière (voyage en avion par exemple) nous pourrons le fournir (une serviette de bain par personne et 1 paire de drap par semaine) sur demande faite dès la réservation moyennant un supplément de 15 € pour deux voyageurs.

DÉPÔT DE GARANTIE : un chèque de 300€ (non encaissé) sera demandé à l'arrivée et restitué lors du départ en l'absence de dommages. Le ménage et le rangement devront être faits avant le départ ou une retenue de 30€ sera opérée sur le dépôt de garantie.
