Description
Fabulous fully furnished and remodeled 1,080 square foot condo features a large deck with tropical views toward the main pool. Unit includes 2 bedrooms and 2 baths that are separated by the large open great room and kitchen for added privacy. The unit is on the 2nd floor with convenient access to the parking, the main pool, hot tub and the common barbeque area. Everything in the complex is kept pristine and clean by the full time onsite maintenance staff.
The unit has been completely remodeled with brand new appliances, living room and bedroom furniture, three flat panel TV's, new mattresses, bedding, linens, and accessories and other cookware and utensils for the kitchen. The unit can comfortably sleep up to 4 with a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen bed in the quest bedroom.
The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex features 3 pools, 3 spas, and tennis and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7 mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Great vacation spot for couples, families and golf enthusiasts.

Spacious, comfortable, and reasonable. Beautiful place to stay for vacation. Awesome vacation!! Try the segway tour in Old Town, Scottsdale and the Desert Belle.
