Si trova in posizione panoramica sulle verdi colline coperte da noccioli, vigneti ed oliveti, posta su un altopiano a 292 s.l.m. in prossimità dell'OASI WWF di Corchiano. ' CASA GRION' è situata nell'alto Lazio alla periferia del paese di Corchiano (l'etrusca Fescennium) dove si trovano negozi e servizi. A soli 60 km da Roma, vicino ai laghi di Bracciano, Vico, Bolsena. Dista a soli 60 Km da Roma, ed è il luogo ideale per chi vuole visitare la città che si può raggiungere comodamente con circa 1 ora di treno. A breve distanza vi sono i lussureggianti boschi dei Monti Cimini ed i laghi di Bracciano, Vico, Bolsena. Nel territorio furono rinvenute numerose tombe etrusche. Significativi reperti archeologici sono ammirati nel museo di Valle Giulia a Roma e nel museo di Forte Sangallo a Civita Castellana. Vasto parco attrezzato e piscina a disposizione. La casa è circondata da un vasto parco attrezzato con mobili da giardino, una bella piscina (dim. 6x12 m., prof. 1,50 m. (utilizzata saltuariamente anche dai proprietari). Al piano terra, con ingresso indipendente dal retro, abitano i proprietari che, con la loro discreta presenza, saranno un sicuro riferimento per ogni necessità. L'abitazione si trova al piano rialzato con accesso da scala esterna (8 gradini), ed è composta da: soggiorno-pranzo, cucina con camino, quattro camere matrimoniali, ciascuna con bagno privato con doccia. Dal soggiorno si accede ad un ampio terrazzo coperto, molto panoramico arredato con tavoli e sedie, ideale per mangiare all'aperto. IN DOTAZIONE: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, frigorifero con congelatore, macchina da caffè americana, microonde, tostapane, connessione Internet Wi-Fi.
