Suggestivo monolocale in mansarda situato nel centro di Rocca di Capri Leone città sul livello del mare a circa 4 Km di distanza dalle bellissime località turistiche di Capo d'Orlando e S. Agata Militello. Rocca di Capri Leone si trova di fronte al Mar Tirreno. Lo svincolo dell'autostrada A20 Messina - Palermo è ad un Km dalla casa e consente di poter raggiungere facilmente le altre note localita' turistiche vicine come Cefalu', Palermo, Taormina, Parco Jalari, Gioiosa Marea, Brolo. Isole Eolie (ad 1 ora di aliscafo da Capo d'Orlando).
Curato nei minimi dettagli e di nuovissima costruzione, il monolocale può ospitare fino a 3 persone; l'ambiente è molto accogliente e funzionale. Tutti i servizi sono a portata di mano. Infatti, bar, negozi, ristoranti, pizzerie, panificio, edicola, supermercati, si trovano nel raggio di 150 metri. La mansarda è di nuovissima costruzione ed ha tutti i confort. L'arredamento è nuovo. Il locale è dotato di divano letto due posti di ottima qualità con rete elettro-saldata, di lettino aggiuntivo, cucina di circa 4 metri lineari con forno e lavello a 2 vasche, delizioso bagno con doccia, condizionatore, balcone con vista panoramica sul mare e sulla città. L'abitazione è inoltre dotata di infissi a taglio termico e vetro camera. Possibilità di pranzare, cenare e fare colazione sul balcone laddove verranno posizionati tavolo e sedie.
La mansarda è dotata di parcheggio auto esterno assegnato e chiuso con cancello. Vi è la possibilità di lasciare pulita la mansarda e non pagare le spese di pulizia di Euro 20. L'abitazione si trova al 4° piano; non è presente ascensore.
