This detached, spacious house, situated down its own lane two miles from Penzance, can accommodate up to six people in three bedrooms.Avallon is a wonderful, spacious detached holiday home just outside Penzance on the road to Lands End, situated down its own private lane surrounded by fields, in seven acres of its own land. The property has two double bedrooms and a bunk room, as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor shower room meaning it can accommodate up to six people. There is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room, along with a conservatory overlooking the gardens where the children can play out in the sun. There is also ample off road parking and with so much to see and do in this area of Cornwall, Avallon makes the perfect base for a getaway exploring this stunning, unspoilt region.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 6 cars. Front and rear lawned gardens with furniture and BBQ, plus access to seven acres of fields. Bike and equipment storage. Four well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 miles. Note: Check-in 4pm.
Region: Cornwalls visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britains premier holiday destinations.
Town: The seaside harbour town of Penzance is situated in one of Cornwalls most popular holiday areas. The town offers the National Trust owned St Michaels Mount, as well as winding streets, shops, clubs and restaurants, and there are a wealth of sandy beaches very close by. The South West coast path passes through Penzance and winds its way along the cliff tops towards Lands End, plus the open air Minack Theatre and Gwennap Head are close by.
