Description

Superb 3 storey end of terrace sea front cottage renovated and refurbished to a very high standard. It offers luxury self catering accommodation equipped to the highest standard. Fresh bright and contemporary whilst being comfortable and homely 5 sea view overlooks the sandy beach and offers some of the best sea views. It is situated within close proximity to shops, traditional pubs and award winning restaurants. The terraced cottage provides family sized accommodation over 3 floors.

Downstairs open plan kitchen complete with handmade oak units, appliances include electric double oven with grill, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and toaster. Lounge/dining area has leather sofa and additional chair with dining table and chairs seating 5 people. Flat screen TV/DVD.

First floor - Bedroom with double bed, drawer units additional hanging space, TV/DVD and fantastic sea views. Modern bathroom - bath with shower over, wash hand basin and w.c.

Second floor - Lounge/chill out area - sofa with additional chair (single sofa bed - if required no provision for linen made), radio/cd/ipod docking station, games and books, with stunning sea views. Bedroom 2 leads off lounge - lower double bunk bed (bottom 4ft double, top 3ft single). Built in wardrobe/cupboard.

PARKING:- Allocated and guaranteed sea front parking space opposite the property suitable for a medium sized vehicle

Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels supplied throughout. T Towels provided. Towels not to be taken on to the beach.

Full gas central heating throughout (no coin meters).

Available from 4pm on arrival and should be vacated by 9.30am on departure day.

“Lovely house, lovely people”

We already love Looe and knew the location of the house and were thrilled to have managed to book a house so close to the beach, with parking so conveniently close. The house is lovely with the second sitting room on the top floor a lovely touch for its sea view. Each room is comfortable, even cosy, and the facilities exactly what was needed; we wanted for nothing. Dawn and Keith couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating when we needed assistance and we were grateful that they were available, so much so, that we have booked with them again next year. Thank you both for you lovely house and your hospitality.

“Amazing getaway.”

Very clean, well equipped with nice quality fixtures. Excellent communication from the owners kept us well informed simple and precise instructions for the cottage thoughtful gift pack hubby loved the cream tea. A 10 for location and parking. Loved the place.

Great location, lovely sea views. Well appointed home, everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was sunny weather when we (family of four) visited and being able to be on beach inside one minute was brilliant. We had a great week in Looe thanks.

How do damage deposits work?
