90 sqm, central, completely renovated, great view, overlooking the Gulf of Gaeta and Monte Orlando. A house equipped with all amenities, spacious and bright, pleasing both summer and winter. The beach of Serapo formed by fine golden sand, a kilometer long and a short walk away, allowing you to leave the car except for excursions to do to reach the neighborhood countries. A double room with private bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, a second bathroom, a spacious kitchen (with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, washing machine), a lounge with sofa bed and television. Balconies on three sides panoramic, air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets, allocated parking discovered (one parking space for a medium car). Other equipment: iron, ironing board, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Supply of sheets and towels. The apartment 'located in a small building of Europe via the second floor and a half. The apartment is located 10 minutes by bus from Formia Train Station (the bus stop is a few minutes walk from the apartment). The check-in is scheduled for 15:00 but can be flexible if the house is free, you can safely enter even before, to be agreed by phone. The check-out is at 10:00. Tips and activities The apartment is situated in a maritime area, famous for its beaches and water sports are available. Gaeta is located halfway between two of the most important Italian cities, Rome and Napolii and also close to the famous Pompeii. The apartment is made for out / five persons, it has a scenic view on the "Gulf of Gaeta" and it is located in the center of the city. The apartment is completely Restructured with air conditioning, gas heating and it is furnished of operational and new furnishings. The composition of the apartment is made up of a living room with a studio couch, a kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a master bedroom equipped with an indipendent bathroom and another bathroom, the composition is completed with two panoramic balconies. The two bathrooms are fitted rispettivamente with a shower and a bath tub. The apartment is on the second floor and an half, equipped with an assigned parking space. Accessories: Electric iron Television Oven Washing machine Dishwasher Sheets Kitchen staff Screen doors The apartment is located 10 minutes by bus from the train station of Formia (the bus stop is distant few minutes on foot from the apartment).

“Fabulous apartment with amazing views”
Apartment has been beautifully restored throughout with a modern interior, lots of space, 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 well equipped bathrooms. Best of all is the balcony on 3 sides of the property with spectacular views of the old town and the bay.
