This charming stone cottage completely restored and tastefully renovated is located 2 km from Martel (John White) on the property of Badounerie close to the major sites of Rocamadour and Padirac. Close to the Dordogne, Badou house (70m²) is situated on a quiet field near a nature trail. It comprises the ground floor of a kitchen with dining area, a living room and a bedroom with 1 bed 140; in the basement a renovated bathroom; on the floor of a large room with 2 beds 90 and a relaxation area. (Free WIFI) It also offers a swimming pool shared with the other cottage La Badounerie the Badounette house. Nestled in the heart of our beautiful Quercy, you can practice all kinds of activities. Those who love hiking can walk the trails from the cottage. For lovers of fishing and canoeing, the Dordogne is close by. ATV fans can travel the footpaths, and the old stone discoverers admire all the small villages that make the charm of the Lot. You will indeed close to magnificent sites as Padirac, Rocamadour, Collonges La Rouge, Sarlat, Carennac, Autoire and many others, we are happy to advise you during your stay in La Badounerie.

“Difficult ladder steep stairs to basement bathroom”

Response from the owner Sorry that you had difficulty going down the stairs leading to the bathroom. Concerning the 1st floor bedroom, a safety barrier is available on request. Instructions for the microwave was in the cottage.it is true that I had not shown them to you but a small mail would suffice to tell you. the same for the cutting board under the cooktop. There is not actually garlic press in the cottage but I did not think it was essential ... Concerning the size of the towels, it is subjective: no other person had made the remark to me but I take note of this. A technical problem cutting internet has occurred, the problem is now resolved.
