Location de vacances dans résidence sécurisée avec piscine privée, appartement T2 4 personnes de 26m2 plus loggia, superbe vue mer, entre ville et plages, tout proche du port de plaisance, 4ème étage avec ascenseur.
Pièce de vie avec coin repas, table, 2 chaises, desserte. Coin salon avec canapé-lit BZ 140 . Télévision écran plat. Grand placard-penderie. Cuisine aménagée avec four mixte micro-ondes/grill, réfrigérateur, 2 plaques électriques, Senseo, cafetière électrique, cafetière italienne, bouilloire électrique, grille pain, vaisselle et batterie de cuisine, table et fer à repasser, aspirateur. Cette pièce communique avec la terrasse fermée, proposant une table, 4 chaises et une étagère, un fauteuil en osier et une table d'appoint. Vous pouvez ainsi prendre tous vos repas face à la mer en profitant de la magnifique vue. Un volet roulant permet de dormir dans l'obscurité. Une salle de bains avec baignoire, lavabo, armoire de toilette et sèche cheveux. WC séparés. Chambre avec 2 lits 90 superposés et une armoire, au calme, donnant sur la coursive.
L'appartement est tout proche du port de plaisance, de la criée (marché aux poissons), à 5mn à pied du centre-ville (nombreux commerces et restaurants, halles centrales, marchés typiques...), à 10mn des criques accessibles par une très agréable promenade longeant la mer et à proximité du Théâtre de la mer (nombreux concerts), du Musée de la mer et du musée Paul Valéry. Les grandes plages sableuses du Lido sont à 10mn en voiture ou en bus (arrêt au pied de la résidence). A proximité de Balaruc-Les-Bains pour les curistes (forfait cure 21 jours 700€ hors saison haute)

Tolles Appartment, genau wie beschrieben. Sehr flexibel und freundlich bei An- und Abreise. Ein Kinderbett und ein Kinderhochstuhl wurde uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr zu empfehlen.
