Perfect location on Sanur beach side in Mertasari area for this beautiful colonial style 5 bedroom villa renovated and furnished with style. Enjoy the private pool and wood deck terrace. The villa is located in a quiet residential street just 10 minutes walk, 5 minutes by bike to well known white sand beach, longue pedestrian promenade, historic Sanur 5* hotels, restaurants, spas, yoga class, tennis court, kite surf, etc…

Description:

Ground floor: outdoor dining area (teak table seats 10 people), full fitted modern kitchen, 2 spacious en-suite bedrooms with queen size beds, wide living room, indoor dining table (seats 8 people), private pool with endless current and safety box.

First floor: spacious en-suite master bedroom with king size canopy bed. Separate mezzanine: 2 bedrooms with twin beds sharing bathroom, media room (48'' smart tv with cable channels including CNN, HBO, TV24, etc..., dvd player) and safety box.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, 5 star hotel luxury mattress, bedding and towels. Household linen (bed sheets, towels, pool towels) provided and changed once a week.

Welcome basket with fruits, snacks (bread with butter & jam or cake), lemonade & bathroom amenities. 24hours wifi (speedy fast connection).

House keeper, gardener/pool keeper every day from 9am to 4pm. Cleaning fee: $70 per week.

There is one baby cot and one high chair. Possibility to rent a second baby cot, temporary pool fences, car baby seat. Cost on request.

Airport transfer, daily car and driver, laundry, cooking and bicycle rent services also available at reasonable cost.

Getting around

There is a bicycle rental place 10mn walk from the villa. Riding bicycle is safe, fun and easy in Sanur. Bemo or public shuttle (5.000Rp) is 2mn walk. Our partner Kadek offers car rental service with driver. Airport transfer costs $15 (1-5 people) or $30 (6-10 people). We will also give you Blue Bird taxi phone number.

Interaction with guest

Our villa combines modern comfort, French savoir vivre and Balinese sweetness. We share our good addresses (restaurant, spa, shopping, visits, etc ...) in our Homebook at your disposal. Our villa marketing manager Bas is available if you have questions, needs or suggestions.

No smoking and no washing clothes inside the villa. There is a laundry (less than 1$/kg) at our door.

How do damage deposits work?

If Nathalie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
