Wonderful accommodation in a single house surrounded by nature, private and comfortable, furnished with taste and attention to detail, with separate access. Available to guests sauna, turkish bath, solarium and large garden. Powered by renewable energy. It is located on the border with the Tennis Club and the Fisterre park. A 10-minute walk from the old town of Belluno. At Bed & Wellness a charging station for electric cars is available, 22kW power, socket type 2 Ideal for couples or families with small children and pets, who love the spirit of adventure and relaxation. The rooms have free WiFi network, sound system with cable or bluetooth to listen to your own music, Smart TV, with access to local card reader. The house is powered by a photovoltaic system and the heating system is electric infrared zero CO2 emissions. The accommodation available to guests include a bathroom with two showers. Also available for the exclusive use free sauna and turkish bath. The large garden includes a sunbathing area with deck chairs and games for children. Independent access to the premises with badge reader. The Wellness area, solarium and garden are for the exclusive and complimentary to guests. For sports lovers, a few meters away is the Tennis Club Fisterre with 4 hard courts and two clay courts. The house includes a large private parking. It is 15 minutes' walk from Belluno station, served by taxis. A 15-minute drive you can reach the refuge Col di Roanza, in the Natural Park of the Belluno Dolomites, and from there run hiking on Mount servant. A 20-minute drive you can reach the Nevegal ski resort, where you can perform beautiful walks in summer. A 1-hour drive you can reach the ski resorts of Zoldo and Alleghe. A 80 km is the famous resort of Cortina d'Ampezzo. The Venice airport is about 80 km from Belluno. They are available to guests, for a fee, guided tours and mountain tours, bike tours, fishing days on the river or lake, jeep tours.
