Appartamento privato indipendente con giardino esclusivo e vista mare, per godere in completo relax una vacanza a soli 70 metri dalla spiaggia di Punta Braccetto, nei pressi della location cinematografica del 'Il Commissario Montalbano'.
Ideale per famiglie o coppie che vogliono trascorrere un soggiorno circondati dalla bellezza del paesaggio naturalistico e godere della prossimità di una spiaggia con fondali bassi e sabbiosi.
La casa è sita a pian terreno, recentemente ammodernata nei suoi complementi di arredo e si presta confortevole per 5 persone. Troverete degli ambienti freschi, climatizzati e soluzioni meglio ricercate per vivere appieno il paesaggio marino del luogo. Dispone di TV Satellitare, climatizzatore nella camera da letto, doccia esterna, ampie verande con tende parasole ed un terrazzino con vista mare. L'accesso alla casa è privato e indipendente: si accede da una strada privata e forniamo anche il parcheggio privato ai nostri Ospiti. Dalla spiaggia è possibile ammirare la Torre Saracena del XVI secolo che caratterizza la frazione balneare. A pochi passi a piedi si raggiunge facilmente la scogliera dei Canalotti dove sarà possibile visitare le rovine della Torre e contemplare dei tramonti mozzafiato. A piedi si può facilmente raggiungere anche la riserva naturalistica di Randello (area SIC), con una delle spiagge più estese della costa iblea.
La casa può essere occupata da massimo 5 persone e comprendiamo il cambio biancheria nel servizio oltre la pulizia prima del vostro arrivo. La affittiamo solitamente nel periodo estivo ma considerando la stagione climatica degli iblei consigliamo qualsiasi soluzione di soggiorno da aprile ai primi di novembre. - Modica Bassa dove c'è il duomo di San Giorgio, il Teatro, La casa dello scrittore Salvatore Quasimodo, le Osterie tipiche ed il famoso CIOCCOLATO DI MODICA
- Museo archeologico di Kamarina
- Il Donnafugata Golf Resort & SPA
Comiso, con il suo nuovo Aeroporto, dista appena 20 minuti dalla frazione balneare di Punta Braccetto, mentre i Siti UNESCO di Ragusa Ibla, Modica e Scicli saranno facilmente raggiungibili, seguendo anche i consigli che noi siamo soliti dare ai nostri Ospiti.

“Sicilian Magic”
Stayed a week in a brilliant 'undiscovered' escape 50mtrs from the beach (excellent quality and better than Montalbano's just a kilometre or so away at Punta Secco) complete with bar and local food.....and no modern holiday developments or tourists...just the local folk and some campers. Started with an amazing welcome from Vinzenzo and his family who were always available if information, advice or asistance was needed. Great accomodation great source of local food to eat out or cook at home (fabulous fresh fish from nearby fishing villages) and the local Nero d'Avola wine. well situated to see southern Sicily..the best bits!

“Beautiful place,comfortable accomodation,lots to see and do”
The accommodation was spacious and had all facilities except hot water in the kitchen! Bed comfortable, shower good ,kitchen spacious and good access to eat on terrace. Two minutes walk and you are on the beach, lovely quiet bay with safe bathing...ok eating at restaurant on beach and a couple of shops nearby for basics. I think you need a car as there are plenty of interesting towns and bays to visit...we didn't use public transport. Weather was hot in the day but cool at night Owners very friendly and helpful and available if necessary..
