Appartement totalement indépendant (69 m2) au 1er étage d'une maison, jardin privatif ombragé pour votre usage exclusif avec barbecue, 2 chambres, salon-séjour et cuisine américaine toute équipée. Très ensoleillé, quartier calme. A 5 mn à pied des commerces, bus et parc, à 10 mn en voiture de la plage…
Transfert gratuit pour la gare ou l’aéroport.

Appartement totalement indépendant avec entrée indépendante (69 m²) situé au 1er étage de notre maison, très lumineux (3 faces : Est, Sud et Ouest), salon-séjour, cuisine ouverte récente toute équipée (plaques à induction, lave-vaisselle, frigo-congélateur, four, micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire électrique, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine complets…), 2 chambres, salle de bain, télévision avec les chaînes de la fibre Orange, internet wifi haut débit, chauffage central et climatiseur réversible, double vitrage et volets électriques…
Le jardin :
Jardin privatif pour votre usage exclusif ainsi que ses agréments : barbecue, transats, salon de jardin, table et chaises de bistro, banc, grande table et fauteuils sous la pergola.
Les alentours :
Nous sommes situés à 200 m du parc Sant Vicens, à 400 m d’une zone très commerçante, à 300 m de différents commerces locaux (boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie, banque), à 500 m de plusieurs bars et restaurants…
L’appartement est situé dans une grande impasse et vous pourrez garer gratuitement votre voiture devant ou juste à proximité de l’appartement.
En voiture, la plage se trouve à 12 minutes, le centre-ville est à 7 minutes et l’Espagne est à 30 minutes.
2 lignes de bus différentes passent à proximité de l’appartement.

Si vous arrivez par le train ou l’avion, nous pouvons venir vous chercher (gratuitement) à la gare ou à l’aéroport.
