Au cœur de la Vienne, entre les châteaux de la Loire et le Futuroscope, jolie et confortable maison de caractère de 7 personnes, située dans un beau et apaisant domaine.
De très nombreuses activités sont proposées aux alentours : châteaux de la Loire, villages remarquables, abbayes et églises du Poitou, villes royales, canoë kayak, accrobranche & paintball, parcs animaliers, spectacle d’oiseaux ...
Proximité du centre ville de Châtellerault avec commerces et marchés à 10mn en voiture.
La maison est spacieuse, calme et confortable. Elle donne sur un bel espace piscine privé sécurisé avec potager et table de ping-pong. La piscine, non chauffée, est ouverte de mai à octobre.
Vous pouvez vous balader et apprécier le Domaine tout en laissant les enfants sauter sur le trampoline, jouer au football ou s’amuser dans la petite cabane en bois.
Au rdc, une grande pièce de vie de 80m², lumineuse et chaleureuse donnant sur une belle terrasse ombragée et fleurie. La grande pièce comprend le salon, salle à manger et une cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée. L’insert donne une chaleur douce et agréable lors des mois d’automne et d’hiver.
Au 1er étage :
- Grande chambre parentale confortable et pleine de charme, avec un lit de 160°190,
- Une chambre lumineuse avec 2 lits simples (90*200),
- Une chambre avec un lit simple et un lit superposé.
2 WC indépendants, une belle salle de bain et une douche multi-jets.
Nous mettons à disposition des jeux de société, des livres, BD et DVD pour passer de bons moments en famille ou avec des amis !
Une pergola ombragée permet de prendre ses repas ou de faire une bonne sieste dans un belle nature !
Endroit magnifique et apaisant pour les petits comme pour les grands !

“Superbe gite au vert”
Super séjour de détente au vert. Le gite est spacieux et particulièrement la salle de vie. On a adoré lézarder au bord de la piscine. Les environs sont détendants avec de belles visites (futuroscope, chateaux...).
