Maisonette 48m², adjoining that of the owners. It is located 20 minutes walk from the old port of La Rochelle and the historic center. The house has a garden (shared with lespropriétaires). It is in a small street, little traffic. in a quiet area. Some very close parks allow children to play and discover animals. The sea is 200 meters. and the beach is 500 meters. The Ile de Ré is within range of bikes. All the Charentais coast, Aix Les Iles, Ré, Oléron, ranges can be a day trip. The cultural life of Rochelle is also within walking distance, the Passageway (festival ciinéma ...), Francofolies, Grand Pavois, Palais des Congrès ......
