For rent seasonal or permanent: Oceanfront condo

My place is located in an privilege place, Playa Juan Dolio. It is about 35 mile from the airport Las Americas. The apartment has ocean view from all the rooms. From the privacy of your balcony you can enjoy the most romantic sunsets and sunrises The place is very closed to the beach, it is family friendly, olimpic size pool with lounge bed and chairs. A gazebo with restrooms compliments the area. There ares a lots of Restaurants of international cuisine. Also you can enjoy of cultural activities and night activities as well . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and small groups.The property offers secured entrances with a security guard on duty.

For the traveler getting around you can use taxi which are not expensive at all in the area, rent a car. We do not recommend public buses or pubic. The travelers can walk around the village where you can find numerous small shops,restaurants, bars, residential building etc. The traveler can enjoy of other tourist attractions in the area, as marina, restaurant water park, festival, caves, scenic drives walking and night activities.

“Secluded Oceanfront Condo”

My husband and I stayed here for 2 months, as he was working nearby full time. I wanted to be near the water, but not necessarily in a crowded area! This place more than accommodated that! I can say… More

Response from the owner I had the opportunity to have Mrs. and Mr. Rivera as my guests for two months. The Riveras are a very sweet and quite couple. They were very respectful with the house rule at all time. The communication with them was very ease, when there was a problem, they were very patient and and kind. They enjoyed very much the privacy of the property and the tourism of nearby places. At the moment of check out they left the apartments completely clean and tidy. It was my pleasure to have Mrs. and Mr. Rivera as my guests. I recommend them to other hosts and I would like to welcome them again. Glagys De Los Santos
