A votre demande j'ai chang� les prises et la poubelle, la serpilli�re n'�tait pas destin�e � l'usage de tapis mais au nettoyage, et la fen�tre ferme normalement quand on met la poign�e dans la bonne position (de m�me que la t�l�commande de la TV change bien de cha�ne quand on appuie sur le bon bouton, et j'avoue que j'ai mis du temps pour comprendre pourquoi vous m'aviez dit qu'elle ne marchait pas). Je vais de ce pas acheter une nouvelle po�le, tout en restant d�sol� que l'appartement vous ait d��u. Croyez bien que je tiendrai compte de vos remarques, dont je vous remercie car elles m'aident � am�liorer le confort de mes locataires.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
