This Scottsdale vacation rental condo offers sunshine & relaxation. Situated within the Village at Grayhawk complex and offering views of the McDowell mountains from your balcony. This upstairs condo will serve as the perfect home base for those looking to experience the best of the Phoenix area.
With Queen beds in 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and den, there is enough sleeping accommodations for 4 adult guests throughout 1,700 square feet of nicely decorated living space. (Unfortunately, the condo is not childproof so we don't rent to families with children.) The condo has everything you need to feel right at home. You’ll find the interior very clean and bright, featuring window shutters, comfortable furniture and new carpet. There are east facing windows that provide the space with an abundance of glorious natural light as well as sunrises. Prepare your favorite home-cooked meals in the condo’s fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, and all the other essential appliances. You’ll find enough plate settings and silverware for up to 6. You can enjoy your morning coffee while viewing the sunrise from the east side balcony. Stay entertained during your downtime by watching your favorite cable shows on the 65 inch Roku flat screen TV in the living room or 40-inch SMART TV in Master Bedroom. Other amenities provided for your comfort include air conditioning, wireless internet access, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry needs. You’ll also get to enjoy use of the Village at Grayhawk recreation facilities, which include 3 outdoor community swimming pools and 2 fitness centers. BBQs are available for your use at each of the pools. At the end of the evening, relax outside on the condo’s private front balcony with your beverage of choice and catch a views of a classic Arizona sunset.
You will love this condo’s outstanding location - from here, you can easily go for leisurely walks, go hiking, shop at malls, and enjoy great dining nearby. Golf enthusiasts will find multiple golf courses within a 2-mile radius, and outdoor lovers will be within easy reach of McDowell Mountain, less than 10 miles away. However you choose to spend your time during your Arizona getaway, this fantastic Scottsdale vacation rental condo will not disappoint! Note: this is an upstairs condo so not handicap accessible.
