Description

Kampos Villa I is a split-level Villa, covering 170 sq. m. and providing comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people.

Furthermore, the owners of the Villa own a traditional tavern, where you can enjoy your breakfast, homemade meals, coffee and ice creams at any time, as it’s just 50 meters away from the Villas!

Exterior

After entering the stone paved path leading to the secure garage and leaving your car, you climb up the staircase and find yourselves in the outdoor area of Kampos Villa, which could only be described as a summer fantasy! To start with, there is a big sunbathing terrace, featuring a 25 sq. m. private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1.50m deep) and a lawn covered area, equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower, where you can relax and enjoy the sun and fresh country side air all day long! It also features an outdoor sitting area and stone built BBQ facilities with a refrigerator & an extra sink, for doing the cleaning up, after enjoying you homemade meal and al fresco dining!

To make things even better, the two Villas share a shaded playground area, located right next to the BBQ facilities, with children’s toys and covered with a soft pad, where our younger guests will love to spend their time, as well as an extra relaxation area with a gazebo, sun beds and a hammock. A table football as well as a ping pong table can also be found on the rear part of the garden. Additionally, guests have access to the wonderful vegetable garden, where they can help themselves to fresh vegetables for their meals!

Interior| Ground Floor

Another staircase from the terrace leads to the Villa’s entrance! Entering the Villa guests may find the lovely living room and a luxurious dining area, featuring a great corner sofa for the whole family and a built-in contemporary fireplace! The large smart TV, the home cinema system and the DVD player are offered for spending some quality time with your family and friends! Double doors open out onto a large veranda with patio furniture and wonderful views of the landscape! Next to the dining area, lies the fully-equipped kitchen, with a smaller, more rustic-like dining table! Additionally, one bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a King Size Double Bed) and a bathroom with a shower cabin & hydromassage features can also be found on the ground floor.

First Floor

On this level the three remaining bedrooms are located. One of the bedrooms features two single beds (which can be joined to form a King Size Double Bed), while the other one is equipped with a king size double bed (which can be turned to two single beds, if you wish). The last bedroom boasts a large double bed. Also, an extra kitchenette with a small fridge and a bathroom with a shower cabin exist on this floor. All bedrooms have a small boudoir, bed side tables and a wardrobe. They all are air-conditioned and equipped with flat-screen TVs and they offer direct access to the verandas.

Extras:

- There are 2 folding beds that can be placed either at living room or bedroom of each Villa - available upon request.

- Each Villa has a baby crib also, which can be placed in one of the bedrooms.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 


- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.


- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.

- Advance Notice | 24h notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.


- Additional Fees | 80€/day for the first two days & 40€/every additional day.

- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.


- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
