Description

A New Eco-stone villa with private pool near (about 800m) the village Gerani of Rethymnon, with breathtaking view to the Cretan sea and the village.

Villa Faethon offers luxury stay in an Eco-friendly way of living. Villa Faethon abstains 10km from Rethymnon and is 10 minute drive. From the nearest beach and the National Road Chania- Heraklinon abstains 3.4 km (5 minute drive).

The Villa accommodates 6 people in beds (3 bedrooms ,4 bathrooms) and 2 more in sofa beds in the living room.

Villa has solar panels using energy from the sun. According to Greek mythology, Faethon was the driver of the chariot of the Sun in the sky, that's how villa's name came out.

This Villa is constructed entirely of stone in traditional style with interior arches and stone staircases, by the engineer owner and is totally compatible with nature.Exists in an area of 2000 sq. m. with olives trees, herbs and vegetables.

On the ground floor there are : the kitchen with veranda south, the dining room with veranda north ,W.C, the living room and the semi outdoor .

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms: The main with one double bed , its own bathroom and a large balcony with an amazing sea view. A second bedroom with 2 single beds which are united together and can be used also as one double , it's own balcony by sea view and a third bedroom by two single beds with mountain view. Also in this floor there is a separate bathroom.

In front of the Villa there is the swimming pool with sun beds and an external bathroom in basement.

Outside, at the garden there are: barbeque, outdoor furniture, a large parking place and alarm system.

Free Wi-Fi is provided , in all places even to the pool.

All faucets and flash tanks have the possibility of saving water . Also the villa has a garden with biological vegetables available for our customers, com posters for vegetable residues and recycling bins . Our motto is: Live ecological with zero energy footprint, without sacrificing your comforts ,recycle and taste biological products directly from our mother earth!
