Description

Cozy Cove is a small condominium complex of six total units, located on the south end of Siesta Key in Sarasota, Florida. The complex sits on the Gulf side of the Key along Blind Pass. The complex itself is on the inlet with a dock at the back of the property where you will often see fish jump and sometimes a manatee floating by. Turtle Beach is approx. 5-10 minute walk down the street and offers a public boat launch, picnic and children's areas. We have a 20' boat dock available for your use with the rental of this unit at no additional charge.

We have implemented additional disinfectant procedures to our cleaning regimen, including wiping down highly utilized sections like knobs and light switches with every clean, and using CDC recommended disinfectants to kill COVID19 on surfaces and the floor. We also do not rent to guests for shorter than one week rentals, keeping turnover to a minimum, and we use one personal housekeeper instead of a team of housekeepers from a cleaning service.

“Winter break”

Great place, but needs some attention to the bed in master bedroom also a updated tv in the living room. I would recommend this place for older adults.
