Located in the north valley of Albuquerque this home offers access to many attractions in the north valley of Albuquerque near the river where you can find walking trails, a farmers market every saturday morning, 3 Miles from Old Town, 7 Miles from Balloon Fiesta Park, Walk 10 Min to Flying Star Cafe. Home is cozy with a great view of Sandias. You will see Balloons flying on most mornings year round. There is a 16 foot high deck for viewing the valley, balloons and sunsets.

Getting around

Most everything in the Albuquerque metro area is 15 minutes or less driving from the house. Besides Uber and Lyft, having a vehicle is best. There are two great restaurants a 10 minute walk from the house. Flying star is a breakfast, lunch and dinner cafe and coffee restaurant. El Patio is a wonderful Mexican restaurant also open for breakfast (9am S S, 11am T-F), lunch and dinner.

When you arrive you self check in. I work from home so I am available for your needs. Feel free to contact me for suggestions of restaurants, activities or to visit on the Skydeck to socialize :).

House rules

Hello, thank you for considering my vacation home, please check with me when bringing pets, as pets are very welcome we do need to know what size and how many in case it may involve an additional fee. Please no smoking inside the home, pets over 25lbs or more than one pet may require an additional cleaning fee please inquire about pets before booking, when using the gym please leave it as you found it, It is a quiet neighborhood so please no loud noise after 10pm.
