Description
Villa Louisa is the first of the two stylish villas situated in Lygaries complex. It has been designed to combine functionality and aesthetics in a harmonious way, aiming to accommodate your every need and at the same time bring you peace of mind.
On the ground floor, you will find a large open-space living room and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a small WC and a spacious bedroom with two single beds. The ground level accesses the gardens and the private swimming pool.
On the first floor there are two more sunny and airy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both opening to large verandas with breathtaking views.
The outdoor area is equally attractive with plenty of plantation and a 40sqm private swimming pool.
Villa Louisa is 50m from the sandy beach ,is fully equipped and sleep 7 persons . It offers beautiful views towards the sea and the village and plenty of outdoor space for relaxation. The colorful gardens surrounding the private swimming pool.
The outside dining area provides the perfect setting for dinners or BBQ,s ,there is a built oven and a built bbq. The terrace and the bedroom balconies are an ideal location to drink a nice glass of wine and watch the sun set over the Cretan Sea.
This villa with its location and facilities is the perfect base to sample Cretan hospitality and enjoy a relaxing family holiday and a great base to explore Crete.
With three bedrooms, a private swimming pool, air-conditioning throughout, satellite TV, outside BBQ, and much more, is a perfect family holiday home.
Villa Louisa is newly built in 2015 year and is tastefully decorated with all modern amenities including satellite TV and DVD player, Wi-Fi internet, air-conditioning throughout as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen. Guests can also relax in the sun loungers that surround the private swimming pool or enjoy a glass of cold orange juice in the al fresco lounge and dining terrace.
It is set in a really peaceful scenery with excellent sea and sunset views, but in the same time in a five min. walking distance from the facilities of the village-super markets, "tavernas", restaurants and cafes- all of them in very reasonable prices... and local food of excellent quality!
