Between La Rochelle and Futuroscope Poitiers, 20 minutes from the Marais Poitevin and Niort, the village of Prisse la Charriere is quiet, 5 minutes from the forest of Chizé (Zoodysssée), this authentic and large stone house of 200 m2 has been transformed into a superb place of relaxation with private SPA, SAUNA, SWIMMING POOL (Label Gîte de France "Gîte de charme 4 épis" in 2015). The fully glazed wellness area is equipped with a spa for 7 people, a sauna for 6 people, a shower, a toilet, a small living room and a large screen TV. From the wellness area you access the wooden terrace with swimming pool 5 mx 3 m, 8 sunbeds are installed. Each room has its bathroom / wc and TV. - bedroom 1 upstairs (1 bed 140 x 200) - possibility of adding a cot for a child - bedroom 2 upstairs (1 bed 140 x 200) - bedroom 3: -) on the ground floor. floor: 2 beds 90 x 200 -) in the mezzanine: 2 beds 90 x 200 (the beds are assembled for couples) The living room of 100 m2 comprises: - 3 sofas with 3 seats and 2 armchairs, TV - video projector - large screen electric, amp, DVD player, play-station with games, karaoke mixing table) - 2 large rectangular high tables assembled in a square with 8 stools for convivial meals The kitchen luxury in the living room: The work plans are in granite. The equipment: - American fridge, Lacanche cooktop, traditional oven and MO, dishwasher, hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster It is possible to order food from a nearby caterer, and organize parties, meetings, seminars. - laundry: washing machine, dryer, iron + ironing board Heating is electric in the rooms. The living room is heated by a pellet stove. Outside: - 8 loungers around the pool - Tables and chairs for 8 people - Summer kitchen (plancha) in a small stone outbuilding next to the house The large gravelled courtyard will allow you to park the vehicles in safely, the space is closed (electric gate)

Nous avons passé un très bon moment au sein de ce gite spacieux pour huit personnes. Les équipements mis à disposition sont nombreux et de bonnes qualités. Nous remercions la sympathie des propriétaires lors de notre arrivée, au-cours de la semaine et au moment du départ. Nous avons tous été très satisfait du séjour et pensons le renouveler.
