Exclusive full service private retreat for single party reservation. Full complement of staff including concierge & optional top-flight private chef. On site features include jacuzzi within an in-ground swimming pool, tennis court with night lighting, skateboarding ramps,fully equipped gymnasium, fully stocked bar, karaoke sound and video system, waterfall, Italian wood fired oven, 4 electric buggies for guests to roam the 9 acres of land, ponds and lake amidst many peaceful contemplative spaces.

Advertised rates are for the use of 2 rooms on twin sharing basis. Bookings are accepted on an exclusive basis. That means there are no other parties within the Estate other than your booking party. You will have the sole and exclusive use of the Estate, facilities and the staff's undivided attention.There are 2 additional rooms available with applicable additional rates. The third person in each room is charged separately at 50% of the prevailing equivalent room rate. This rate includes return airport transfer, a full compliment of staff comprising of concierge, housekeeping, laundry, 24 hr security and gardeners. On site chef, masseuse, driver and bartender are available subject to prior request.

All rooms feature King sized poster beds, and sofas. The rooms are spacious and can easily cater to additional guests by way of sofa beds with full bedding amenities. In ground hot tubs are available on 2 rooms located at ground level, and is well suited for guests that need wheelchair access. Portable heaters, are available upon request. Additional pillows of varying degree of softness, bolster, duvet are also available upon request.

This Estate was conceptualised around 3 features of the land: Nature, Water & the Buddha. One immediately senses the tranquility & calm brought about by the sitting Buddha, for which the estate is presciently orientated. The Estate hosts just one sprawling villa for a true sense of privacy & utter privilege.
