Convenient beach access, outside shower, outdoor pools with changing rooms, tennis courts, basketball goal, elevators in A, D, & E buildings, washers/dryers by pool between B & C, outdoor grills. Two parking spaces per unit. No boats or trailers. No pets.
3 BR, 2 B. Q * D * 2S. Island Club linens provided. Dishwasher, 2 flat screen cable TVs (40” with Blu-ray/stereo in living area), wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans. Coin-operated washer/dryer on premises. Horizon ocean view from living area and balcony. Available year-round. No smoking. No pets.
The tennis courts are currently under repair by the HOA with no ETA for a completion date, at this time.
At this time the pool area is closed until further notice based on the requirements of the governor’s executive order and the state interim guidelines for the reopening of public pools in North Carolina.
Additional amenities include: gold rating, internet provided, mil app discount, nr in off season, nr in summer, ntb, sunday turn day

“Great location but house needs some work”
Upon arriving the frig temp was 80 degrees...called maintenance and they told me to not put food in it and give it 24 hours to cool back down since it has been left open during cleaning process....ver… More
