Lovely stone villa with a beautiful swimming pool (12 x 5 m deep and up to 2.40 meters) in a large garden.
In the villa there are 3 bedrooms, one double, one twin with possibility to add beds and one with two single beds.
2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
a large kitchen very well equipped with big fridge with double door.
The swimming pool is shared with the owners who live in one part of the House.
Guests enjoy their own privacy and have a great part of the garden just for them with a relaxation area and an equipped for outdoor dining and barbecue the price includes everything wify, utilities, linen (sheets and towels, kitchen, not those for the pool).
Extra € 100 for the final cleaning fee for guests with independent entrance: our guests have access to any part of the House dedicated to them it's on three levels: street-level large kitchen and dining room, below the garden with large pool relax area with table for dining al fresco, and the upstairs sleeping area.
Interaction with guests we are happy to welcome guests personally and to be available for every need.
The village of district Cerasomma is a small hamlet in 5 km from Lucca, we like the campaign, the fact that it is close to the walled city, but also to the sea the most elegant of Forte dei Marmi and also to the more wild and natural of Marina di Vecchiano.
Walking around From Cerasomma there is a bus into Lucca 4 5 times a say other things to Highlight the river is very near and along the Serchio there is a beautiful bike path that reaches the sea at musiocista PUCCINI nascque in Lucca.
