Notre immense maison languedocienne, raffinée et contemporaine d'une surface de 500m2, dispose de beaux salons et d'une incroyable cuisine.
6 chambres : 4 grandes avec des lits en 180x200 et 2 autres avec lits en 90.
4 salles de bain et 2 WC indépendants.
C'est l'endroit idéal pour accueillir une grande famille ou pour se retrouver entre amis.
Il s’agit de notre propre maison familiale que nous mettons de temps en temps en location. Vous retrouverez ainsi à l’intérieur toute notre histoire : mobilier, photos, souvenirs... Ce n'est pas une maison sans âme conçue et destinée uniquement à la location, c'est pour cela que cela lui donne un charme irrésistible!
Parc de 2 hectares avec piscine, jeux pour enfants (tyrolienne, trampoline, corde, toboggan, parcours ludique, balançoires, ping-pong, cabane dans un arbre, terrain de cross ...).
Le domaine dispose d'un mini parc animalier : ânes, chevaux, lamas, alpagas, Yack, chèvres, moutons, dains, mouflons, poules, canards, oies...
Ce parc est bordé de 5 hectares de vignes appartenant au domaine.

“Magnifique!”
Wow...what a villa! We were a family group of 10 adults and 3 grandchildren and the villa and grounds were just perfect! Kitchen huge and great area for whole party to get together. Outside area had everything: mini zip wire for kids;climbing frame; huge trampoline; table tennis under cover; plenty of outdoor eating areas; swimming pool (safe for little ones as had fencing around it); tree house and ability to feed animals through fencing. Supermarkets all together around 5 mins away in car. Carcassonne about a 25 minute pleasant walk along river/stream. Stephane the owner greets you and takes his time making sure you know where everything is and how appliances work etc. He was on hand by text for any queries, but also left you to it for total privacy. Have nothing negative to stay...apart from wish it could have been 2 weeks rather than 1!! Heidi the St Bernard dog was also a hit with everyone! Merci Beaucoup Stephane!
