This welcoming holiday villa on the St Merryn Holiday Park, Cornwall, sleeps six people in two bedrooms.3 Bay Retreat Villas is a delightful, holiday villa within the St Merryn Holiday Park on Cornwall's North Coast. With two bedrooms - a double with a TV and a twin, the cottage can sleep six people. There's also a bathroom and a ground floor utility room. Also on the ground floor is a sociable open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed. Outside, there is a garden with decking and lawned area with furniture. There's also off road parking for two cars. 3 Bay Retreat Villas is a lovely holiday home for friends and family seeking a fantastic Cornish escape, close to the coast.
Amenities: Electric storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden with decking and lawned areas with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: 7-night breaks starting Friday, Saturday or Monday available all year round. Note: No stag/hen or similar

Within driving distance is the town of Newquay, and the Eden Project, along with many of other popular attractions that are in the area.
