Description

This detached lodge is located in the village near Rock and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.High Tide is a detached lodge near the village of Roc and just seven miles from Wadebridge. The lodge sleeps four people and has one double bedroom with en-suite shower and one twin together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting areas with electric fire and utility room. Outside is off road parking for one car and a decked area with furniture. Situated near the South West Coast Path, High Tide is a lovely cottage to use as a base to explore this lovely part of the country. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer. dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. WiFi available via 4G, signal can be unreliable. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair. Ample off road parking in car park 50 yards from lodge. Decked area with furniture. Free shared use of on-site facilities including indoor heated swimming pool and sauna (open 1st Apr - 1st Nov), children's play area, multi-sports court and amusement arcade. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and swimming pool 3 mins walk, pub 1 mile away. Beach 3 miles. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside.

Region: Cornwalls visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britains premier holiday destinations.

Town: The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630 mile route runs through the village.
