✦This is for traveler whom wants to stay for an extended time in a convenient apartment.

✦This is an apartment in the city next to MRT, please note it fits 7 people comfortably but more than that its personal preference. A close family from Hong Kong or NYC might think its perfect but its might not be recommended for 7 doctors or 3 families from Texas please use your own discretion.

Conveniently reaches all of Taipei's landmarks and shopping easily. This area is frequented by tourist who wants a local experience.

Perfect for a group to stay near most desirable area of Taipei! This warm suite contains 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, can accommodate up to 7 people (double in each room, one room with extra single bed). It's sure to please a family or a group of friends. The place has a one of a kind panoramic view of the city from its rooftop. The apartment is at a great location. 2000sq. ft 180 sq meters, kitchen with western amenities, newly furnished.

We provide a baby cot and or baby seat for dining only if you ask and reserve it, limited supply.

IMPORTANT:

Describe the nature of your trip, the guests you're traveling with, relationship, and age groups. We'll greet all guests to give a brief introduction and hand over keys, please have a stable form of communication while you're here.

Enter the exact amount of guest who'll be staying. No other guests are allowed, if other guests are reported to us by the security your deposit will be forfeited, you'll be asked to leave and you'll be reported to the site, we really want to keep the integrity of the apt and respect neighbors. Elderly and families with small children also live here, if your group is loud and need more freedoms this might not be a good fit.

The person who reserves our room shall be at age 20 or above.

No clean-up service during your stay, but the service can be requested with extra charge. Some cleaning supplies will be provided.

NOTE: This is a 1 million USD apt our well to do neighbors want accountability for what we do, please don't ask for more than 7 people. We're looking for people looking to live comfortably that fits with our community, it's not suited for 7+ people looking to save money by packing people in, sneaking in extra guests, partying, or having outside visitors. Neighbors will complain about this and your stay will not be as expected.

Getting around

The MRT Shandao Temple Station is downstairs of the house, The Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, it only takes 10 minutes to get there by MRT, there you can not only see Chinese traditional architecture surrounding with lake but also Taipei 101 in perspective. The Taipei Zoo is a place that you can take the gondola to Maokong, it is a well known sight for having nice tea and seeing night view of Taipei, taking MRT from Zhongxiao Fuxing only needs 15 minutes. For shopping, Ximen for youth looking for bargains (5 minutes distance by MRT), Zhongxiao Fuxing and Zhongxiao Dunhua (5 minutes distance), has boutiques lining around the three SOGO malls and Eslite Bookstore, and Taipei 101 (10 minutes distance by MRT) has more upscale name brands.

This is an upscale expensive apt with HOA and a community that want us to hold accountability for what we do, plz make sure you're okay with being respectful. plz don't ask for more than 9 people. We're looking for people looking to live comfortably that fits with our upscale community, it's not suited for 10+ people, sneaking in extra guests, partying, or having outside visitors and aren't open to being very respectful, sharing public areas with local residences.

Response from the manager Dr. Do-kyeong Lee 이도경, flew to Taiwan 8 plastic surgeons f for no expenses spared 3 day golfing trip. I helped book Michelin star restaurants, massages, and round trip Mercedes limo service to Hsinchu, (alone cost $250USD), 2hrs from Taipei everyday for 18 rounds. As Do-kyeong Lee 이도경 mentioned he spent $250USD per night total at our place, 9 men packed in 5 beds, they ended up staying at the 5 star Ambassador Hotel $100USD per person, Do-kyeong Lee 이도경 smartgain, is comparing our home to 5 star hotels. This apartment is for families trying to save money looking for a convenient place next to the MRT in the middle of the city, as dozens of families and more cost conscious guests have prior. It might not be suited for 9 doctors that affords 5 star Hotels, Michelin star restaurants, and limo services. The guest booked a 2 bathroom apartment then complains it only has 2 bathrooms, 9 people sharing 2 bathrooms is not ideal anywhere in the world. Do-kyeong Lee 이도경 thought sharing beds with a colleague on a business trip was appropriate, but when they arrived the other doctors weren’t happy this is the whole story. We welcome everyone at our home but be realistic with the price you pay, make an informed decision.
