Appartamento + Cottage + parco-giardino-solarium con piscina 12x6 metri privata non condivisa con altre persone.
Capienza massima di 10 adulti + 2 culle.
Tassa municipale di soggiorno (in vigore dal 1-1-2018) da pagare a parte in agriturismo:
- 1 euro/persona adulta (età maggiore di 14 anni) in alta stagione con un max di 5 euro/persona per ciascun soggiorno continuativo;
- 0,5 euro/persona adulta in bassa stagione con un max di 2,50 euro/persona per ciascun soggiorno continuativo.
Agriturismo nel fondovalle della Garfagnana (Toscana) immerso tra boschi e campi coltivati, al centro di una storica azienda agricola - creata nell'800 da un famoso professore universitario e uomo di scienza - oggi gestita coi migliori criteri dell'agricoltura famigliare bio-sostenibilie, con grande attenzione alle produzioni tipiche, alla responsabilità sociale e ambientale. Ci circondano grandi panorami sulle Alpi Apuane e l'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, catene di montagne che racchiudono la valle della Garfagnana, tutelate dal "Parco Nazionale dell'Appennino Tosco Emiliano" e dal "Parco Regionale delle Alpi Apuane".
Abbiamo ristrutturato il primo piano dell'antico casale e un cottage indipendente nel prato accanto alla piscina, per renderli adatti ad ospitare turisti attivi ed "esperirenziali" capaci di apprezzare il paesaggio, i castelli, i borghi e le rocche medioevali della Garfagnana ma anche le camminate per salire ai rifugi e alle cime panoramicissime delle Apuane e dell'Appennino per scoprire la cultura di una valle dove, ad esempio, soggiornando si può imparare un italiano privo di inflessioni dialettali, seguire corsi di musica di importanti associazioni internazionali o semplicemente frequentare le sezioni locali del Club Alpino con le loro interessanti escursioni adatte a persone di ogni età.
Una vacanza all’ “Antico podere De Stefani” - oltre al completo relax del parco-giardino-piscina in uso esclusivo e al silenzio della campagna - può essere ricca di attività outdoor: passeggiate nel verde, escursioni sul percorso del Garfagnana Trekking e della variante Francigena di Lunigiana-Garfagnana, speleologia, alpinismo, arrampicata libera, scialpinismo e ciaspole in inverno, bicicletta durante tutto l'anno (sia mountain bike che da bici su strada) senza tralasciare il paesaggio e il buon vivere con la gastronomia, le sagre di paese, le feste medioevali, popolari e religiose tradizionali, essenza dello stile di vita della popolazione della Garfagnana.
