Our cool and comfortable studio apartment centrally located on a quiet street in a charming vintage Saigon Building apartment, just couple blocks from the Cathedral Notre Dame and Central Park and near by all the hot spots you want to visit in Saigon.

About the apartment
This classic one bedroom apartment was designed with your comfort and safety in mind and is safe, clean and comfortable furniture.

Once inside the apartment you'll find a nice small kitchen and dining room table, a great sofa bed on which to relax, a wall mounted flat screen TV with international cable channels in the living room. In the en-suite bedroom, you'll find a high quality and very comfortable queen size bed and a working desk

Unlimited high speed WiFi internet is provided throughout at no additional cost.

A new air conditioning unit was installed for your comfort.

A new water heater with pump built inside were installed in the shower for your great shower, and fresh bed linens and sumptuous towels will greet you upon arrival.

In the small kitchen a gas cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven, bottled water and water kettle are provided along with dishes, glasses and utensils.

We provide the following for your stay
XL bath towels, Hand towels, Washcloths
Bath floor mat
Pillows and cases
Bed sheet, duvet and duvet cover
Wine glasses, drinking glasses
Bowls, plates, forks, knives, spoons, chopsticks etc

The location of this apartment cant be beat. When you check in, drop your bags and walk the entire city center without ever taking a taxi or bus until you depart.
• Cathedral Notre Dame and Central Park is just two block away.
• War Museum is just a few blocks from the apartment.
• Take a leisurely ten minutes stroll to the Saigon Opera House, Youth Cultural House, Turtle lake, Reunification Palace, Central Post Office, ....
• Shop on Vincom Center, Saigon square, Le Loi and Dong Khoi streets - you can find all the famous brands there all within a ten minute walk.
• There are hundreds of restaurants, from local street food to the best five star Sunday brunch are all within a stone's throw of the front door.
• Travel thirty minutes or less to either the train station or Ton Son Nhat International Airport

A cleaning fee of $15 will be included in the rental charge. For guests staying with us for longer than a week, laundry and cleaning services will be provided as requested.

We have another holiday apartment rental located less than ten minutes from this one. Just ask me.

Please send me a message if your required dates are already booked on the calendar. I may have an update or improvement scheduled which can be juggled to a different block of time and I will have another apartment come up soon. I'll do whatever I can to accommodate you at one of our apartments.
