Description

Villa Lygaria is a 2-bedroom villa with a brand new private pool (4*8 meters), lovely panoramic sea views at 500 meters on foot from the most lovely sandy beach of Lygaria, 4 km from Agia Pelagia and 20 km west of the city of Heraklion. The Villa is built in a plot of 1200 sqm.

The luxury, two-storey villa is built amphitheatrically overlooking the sandy beach of Lygaria. A beautifull courtyard with trees, flowers and patio furniture is provided with barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area. The villa is ideal for couples, and small families.

Villa Lygaria offers an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and large windows with gorgeous sea views. One common shower bathroom on the ground floor and another common shower bathroom on the upper floor are provided.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor and offers a double bed, a closet and a TV with a DVD player. The second bedroom is on the first floor and offers two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, an elevated loft with a single bed, a closet and air conditioning. Another outdoor shower in the pool area and a private parking area are also available.

Please note that the pool can be heated with the additional cost of 40 Euros per day.

Wonderful, beautiful villa. Very helpful with clothes washer. Thanks for the fruit and olive oil products. Only one thing- the main bed is too small. I used the upstairs bed.
