Bright and spacious holiday apartment (80 sq.m.), newly refurbished, furnished and fully equipped. Air conditioning. Internet wifi access in all the property. Self-catering accommodation consisting of two bedrooms, one bathroom, full optional kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine and an abundant selection of cutlery, crockery, glasses, cups, pots, pans and accessories).
Cozy living room with sofa and a folding bed chair which becomes a single bed. Flat screen satellite LED TV and DVD player.
2 storage rooms with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, shoe rack, wall hangers. A large sunny balcony with deck chairs, table and chairs . Independent heating system. Shared bicycle storage facility. Located in an elegant and quiet building, top floor (on the 3rd floor with elevator) a few steps from Bardolino historic center and 100 meters from the beach and the promenade . Suitable for maximum 5 guests and one infant. Not suitable for disabled people with wheelchairs. Pets not allowed. Excellent location to take advantage of all the services and ideal base for exploring Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet and the region (the magic city of Venice) . Nearby the famous amusement parks: Gardaland, Movieland, Sigurtà, Zoo Natura Viva.
