This hillside location is only a few minutes drive to the town centre and features 4 comfortable bedrooms (including one self-contained with external access), 4 bathrooms, luxurious living and open plan kitchen, with fantastic indoor/outdoor flow. Enjoy the outdoor spa*, entertaining area, outdoor fireplace and breathtaking views.

In keeping with the alpine surrounds, Mountain Vista has a modern and sophisticated style with local photography and artwork featuring throughout.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Four comfortable bedrooms, all with luxury linens and central heating. The Master bedroom with TV, king bed and ensuite bathroom, boasts beautiful lake views. The second bedroom has a Smart TV and king split bed, which is great for different group dynamics. When booking, please advise your configuration preference of a king or 2 x single beds. The third bedroom has a Smart TV, queen bed and ensuite. The third bathroom is accessible from the hallway next to bedroom 3 and opposite the living room. This luxurious bathroom features a separate bath tub and shower. The fourth self-contained guest bedroom with TV, queen bed and ensuite bathroom, has private external access on the lower level (with no internal access). All four bathrooms have luxury toiletries, hair dryers, underfloor heating and heated towel rails.

Living Area: Modern and sophisticated open plan living area with lots of natural light and bi-fold windows, a beautiful schist fireplace, Smart TV with SKY, DVD player, surround sound and a selection of DVDs. Enjoy fantastic indoor-outdoor flow with large double doors opening out onto the wrap around balcony; a perfect location to unwind and enjoy the surrounding views over Queenstown’s Lake Wakatipu.

Kitchen and Dining: Brand new kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, gas cooktop and coffee machine. Dine indoors or outdoors; both have seating for 8.

The Outdoors: Mountain Vista boasts fabulous sunshine hours and natural light. Step outside from three sides of the main room, which offers excellent indoor-outdoor flow. The home has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of the stunning views and super location. There is a wrap-around balcony and lake-facing seating. Guests will love the brand new outdoor room with french doors and LouvreTec; this automatic retractable roof and outdoor heater allows for year-round enjoyment. This area features a dining table, BBQ, TV and fireplace. Head up the stairs to the upper deck area with cedar hut located in the landscaped garden, where you may enjoy an after dinner drink or enjoy watching the sun set over the mountains. And the icing on the cake is the large outdoor spa pool, the perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes or exploring Queenstown.

Please note a $150 one-off charge applies for use of spa pool, which is to have it professionally cleaned, up to temp and ready for your arrival.

We do not list on Wotif and we have had a very generous COVID specific cancellation policy in place from the start of the pandemic. Our COVID cancellation policies are as follows, which we have applied to hundreds of bookings over the last couple of years, and which can also be seen on our website: "In the event of COVID-19 related travel restrictions (a ‘lockdown’) preventing your stay in Queenstown we offer the following: - We can amend your booking to a new date with no change fee (nightly rate may differ). - Cancel your reservation and refund the full amount less the NZ$300 administration fee. The administration fee can be credited towards a future booking with Relax it’s Done Ltd at any of our properties (subject to availability). - Please note once you have checked in to the home no refund will apply, the cost of unused nights can be credited towards a future booking with Relax it’s Done Ltd at any of our properties (subject to availability)." How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
