Description

Aspalathos villa at Lygaria Agia Pelagia is the perfect place for your vacation in Crete. Luxury big villa (320sqm), stylish and beautiful architecture combined with privacy in a 6500 sqm land property. The villa is located 20 km from the biggest city of Crete Heraklion, almost in the middle of the island, where it is easy for you to plan your daily excursions of exploration.

It offers breathtaking panoramic views of the area, an explosion of blue, and eye pleasure where the sea merges with the sky. You can enjoy the view while sunbathing at sun beds next to the private 65 sqm swimming pool or taking a walk in the Mediterranean-style garden of the villa. Outside you can find a barbecue and a heavy wooden table for delicious breakfasts or romantic dinners. There are also comfortable sofas where you can spend your time relaxing while watching the sun sinking in the sea. Aspalathos villa can accommodate up to eleven people (5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 WC). Security is our top priority with the fenced and gate-locked property with an alarm system installed. There are also smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, a safe, and private parking for up to five cars.

The villa offers a living room with bamboo furniture, a modern fireplace, and extra large windows where you can enjoy the uninterrupted sea views. There you can find a satellite 42-inch TV with a Home Cinema sound system and a collection of music CDs, the perfect solution for rest after a tiring day. The kitchen has a dining table for 6-8 people and is fully equipped with branded appliances such as dishwasher, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. All rooms are air-conditioned, with free Wi-Fi, high-quality mattresses, and high-quality bed linen.

From 1/7- 31/08 , arrivals are only on Saturdays.

IMPORTANT NOTICE :

Starting from January 1st, 2024 there is a new "environmental tax/fee" that the guests will have to pay for each day of their stay in our country according to the following schedule:

- From March to October, the rate of 10 Euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival.

- From November to February the amount of 4 Euro per day should be paid in cash on arrival.

On the ground floor from the east side of the house, there is a bedroom with a panoramic sea view, with a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a dressing mirrored table. Beside this bedroom, there is also an industrial-style bathroom with a shower cabin.

Guest Room.

A bedroom with a romantic four-poster king-size bed and a single bed, bedside tables. This room has a private bathroom with a shower. All bathrooms include natural cosmetics, a hairdryer and shaver outlet, and other facilities.
