"GINGER & CACAO" is a newly opened ocean view luxury property of one acre of lush jungle with abundant wild life at 300 m above the Atlantic with direct access to Punta Uva beach and with pool.
The property includes 2 elegant villas and a cottage - loft style, elegantly furnished, with large verandas with ocean & jungle views, beautiful pool and pool area. At 150m from the main road Puerto Viejo - Manzanillo and 300m from Punta Uva beach, very private and secure.
Caretakers residing at the property in a private cottage, with the property laundry.
Multiple options for rent.
