L’appartement de 48 m² dispose :

d’une télévision avec lecteur DVD et d’une connexion Internet Fibre GRATUITE pour vos moments de détente

Le cœur historique de La Rochelle (Mairie) est à 2.5 km, soit à une vingtaine de minutes à pied (plus ou moins selon que vous soyez plutôt tongue ou basket !!!)

Dans un quartier populaire et calme , appartement situé en hauteur permettant une belle vue sur le pont de l'île de Ré ;de nombreux magasins à ses pieds le rendent pratique ,proximité de la rocade rochelaise, ce qui permet de visiter la ville ou les centres d'intérêts touristiques environnants; propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Sans voiture, un bus proche permet d'accéder au centre ville.
