Beautifully presented in the centre of Ipswich (QLD) city. Convenient to all city's attraction. Theatre, cinema,coffee shops, shopping centre, 100m to Ipswich Hospital and 5 minutes walk to Ipswich train station. university close by.

Response from the owner We couldn’t believe the guests of this TripAdvisor is unkind and lied so much. Our record from other guests of Airbnb show we are 5* property. We did all the work guest’s supposed to do like wheeled their rubbish bins out ,open gate and closed for them. shop for them,..we even once Camden home made spring rolls for our guests as courtesy, brought fresh flowers and sweet at no extra cost to them. When they stayed they removed our furniture around, invited friends and relatives to stay overnight. And we have extra heater on top of AC. So there is no reason to be cold at 25 C daily. We met them almost daily and there was not a word of complaint but only compliments. We wish our guests return to a nice hot sunny England and stay in a five stars of 4 bedroom of not more than £100 per day The Baumann
