Description

Unique West Indies Home built by Eric Winter. Our little piece of paradise has over 40 tropical palms, banana, and flowering trees. Very quiet neighborhood, safe and secure with gates and fences. If you are looking for peace and quiet and lots of privacy. Our Villa comes complete with access to our private pool that overlooks the Frenchmans Reef in the Caribbean Sea.

The villa is a stand alone two bedroom home. Full kitchen and living room.

The living room and bedrooms have flat screens and Dish. Computer desk with printer and WIFI. Once you visit our Frenchmans Villa you will be hooked!

Frenchman's Villa is a two bedroom villa that sleeps up to four. For bigger groups we have two pool side bedrooms with an adjoin bathroom. The pool side rooms are additional and can sleep up to four at $100.00 per night per room. You must rent the villa to rent the pool side rooms.

Tovilla Properties does not allow parties or events. We are situated in a residential area so noise needs to be kept at a minimum. Music by the pool is fine but not after 6PM.
