Spacious, bright, centre-city apartment on first floor (with lift) of quiet building set in private wooded grounds. Sun balconies, east and west, overlooking gardens. Newly decorated and fully equipped. Ideally located:in beautiful, lively Perpignan: 5 mins walk from main shopping, dining and tourist areas and bus routes. 2mins from lovely river-bank walks. Just 8kms from Mediterranean beaches and all watersports. I hour from Pyrennees ski slopes and 30mins from Cathar castles trail or duty free shopping at Spanish border. Wine touring, hiking and cycling. Bikes available.

In case of a misunderstanding I must point out that there are THREE double bedrooms, all with wardrobes but the smaller one is set up as a study/ sitting room in case it is not needed for sleeping . It has a very comfortable settee which folds out into a double bed, and a desk instead of a dressing table.
