Rare Opportunity! This beautiful 1440 square foot 2 story Court Home is almost 50% larger than most units at Pointe Tapatio. While most units have balconies this unit also provides a privacy walled personal courtyard/patio area. These units are typically reserved a year in advance. Please see calendar for specific dates. This unit has all new furniture, bedding, window coverings, dishes, TV and small appliances. All new foot friendly soft carpet was installed last year. New stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave were installed December 2014. A new Samsung front load washer and dryer was installed January 2015. New patio furniture May 2015. New windows, Pella sliding doors, granite countertops, sink and faucet added in 2016.

You come to Arizona to relax and enjoy the the spectacular sunny weather. The huge master bedroom has an upstairs private outdoor balcony with mountain views for that perfect morning coffee. Wall mounted TV. His and hers closets and bathroom vanities in the private bath. Double doors frame the master bedroom and look out over 2 stories of windows on the landing.

The second bedroom is also off of the landing and has a trundle bed that can be 1 queen or 2 doubles. It has a full bathroom adjacent to it.

Downstairs is the private courtyard to enjoy a sunny breakfast, lunch, cocktails and dinner. The new landscaping is flowering beautifully. Two wicker chairs and a wicker chaise lounge are perfect for that tranquil quiet time. The patio table will accommodate 6.

The well appointed kitchen makes cooking easy. Fine China for 12 as well as everyday dishes, glasses, and wine glasses. There is a nice spice rack for that perfect touch. A crock pot, blender, and complete utensils round out the package. There is a dining table to seat 6.

The living room has 2 sofas, (one with a queen sleeper) a big screen HD TV, stereo, DVD player and two stories of windows to let the sun in.

The downstairs has a bathroom, laundry room and an attached garage with kitchen access. A private glass double door office overlooks the courtyard if you simply have to work.

Not in the mood to cook? Restaurants abound and you are so centrally located to all ammenties and activities. Dinner in trendy Scottsdale is close at hand. There is a book in the condo that highlights restaurants, places to shop and nice attractions that guests have contributed to. Feel free to use it and if you find something you really enjoy let me know and we will add it to the book...a work in progress.

This gated community is only 14 miles from Sky Harbor airport, 12 golf courses, shopping, dining, hiking and horseback riding at the North Mountain Preserve, and lots of baseball and spring training. World famous car auctions are a big attraction too. At the condo complex there are 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, and an outdoor basketball court. Tennis racquets, basketball, and his and hers single bicycles are provided, or just walk up the mountain and tour the beautiful homes overlooking the city. A must see is the Pointe Hilton just up the road that is literally built right into the steep mountain. The developer that built the Hilton also built our Pointe Tapatio townhome.

The open airy floorplan with 2 stories of windows lets in all the natural sunlight. Cozy seating to relax or entertain. Fireplace. Stereo, new HD big screen TV and cable, and wireless broadband internet are included. .

Nestled at the base of North Mountain it is all so nice and in one of the most beautiful convenient locations in Phoenix. If you haven't driven in Phoenix before prepare to be amazed. Nicely timed traffic lights, easy turn lanes and an un-crowded multi lane highway system allow you to, as the locals say, get anywhere in 15 minutes.
