Jamaica Royale Condominiums are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico along the award winning white crystal sands of world-famous Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota, Florida . A barrier island on Florida’s West coast, considered the most beautiful of Florida’s barrier islands, Siesta Key’s beach boasts “the world’s finest and whitest sand”. Jamaica Royale is located on a private lane that leads directly to the beach… no through traffic and no streets to cross ~ just stroll to the famed white sands of Siesta Key Beach.
We invite you to enjoy a visit to this fabulous newly renovated, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ground floor/single story unit located in the beautifully landscaped garden area of the development. Minutes away from the pristine Siesta Key Beach with private access from Jamaica Royale.
Enjoy a swim in any of the 3 fresh water, heated pools on the grounds. Avail of the BBQ grills ~ one on the community patio where you can also play shuffleboard and two by the private beach area! Ample seating provided in both areas!
This condominium has been completely renovated with sprawling porcelain floors throughout as well as a new spacious and modern eat-in-kitchen with lots of storage and boasts a large pantry closet. The kitchen and dining areas are well equipped with all necessary cookware and utensils, dishes, silverware and more!
The unit has a comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom and a large dresser for storage as well as lots of closet space with automatic sensor lighting as well as a desk and a large smart Television. This en-suite bathroom has a beautiful new spacious walk in tiled shower with hand-held and rain-head shower head from ceiling as well as a large vanity with lots of storage for your comfort.
The guest bedroom offers 2 queen size beds, dresser and closet and a smart TV hanging on the wall as well as a spacious closet also with automatic sensor lighting. The new spacious guest bathroom is across the hall and has a bathtub and shower with handheld and shower head and a vanity with lots of storage. You can find a hair dryer in each bathroom.
The linen closet is stocked with extra towels, linens, blankets and of course beach towels and also has automatic sensor lighting.
This condo has free dedicated high-speed Internet with its own private, secure Wi-Fi router and the password is displayed throughout the condo. All three televisions have FIOS hi-definition.
This unit is also equipped with a washer/dryer and is fully furnished with all the amenities of home. There is an iron/ironing board, blender, toaster, coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee maker~ to name a few.
We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrellas to be enjoyed by our guests as well as a beach wagon and cooler!
There are books and board games and playing cards for night entertainment are available.
The unit has a nicely extended fully furnished patio fully for you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden area with seating for 6 and a large umbrella for shade!
Beautifully designed public tennis courts are a short walk from Jamaica Royale, as well as easy access to the Siesta Key village where you can enjoy many wonderful restaurants.
This unit is strictly a non-smoking unit both inside and on the outside patio area. Please refrain from smoking outside on the patio or near the front door.
