Amazing hip getaway in gorgeous area of North Scottsdale. Surrounded by lush desert, big views and luxury gated communities. Unique, highly upgraded, condo by famed architect Benny Gonzalez, is a one of a kind Jewel. And what we did to compliment is Awesome!
Exposed brick walls are highlighted by recessed lighting throughout in this total reno. Fabulous and All brand new, kitchen and baths with gorgeous cabinetry, granite, Stainless appliances, tankless H20 heater, doors etc. The spacious sun filled great room has Three Pella sliders that flow to a large covered and pavered patio which is separate and private from rest of 20 unit complex which has a courtyard with pool & hot tub.
The beautiful living room is furnished with some collectible pieces. They include a pair of Milo Baughm chairs & marble end table, large and rare - retro Teak spinning table, funky cool Abalone table, numerous old wood blocks and lots of good stuff. Sofa folds down for bed, 1 adult.
The 2 master suites with attached baths will wow you! One bedroom has a Zen feel to it and a view of Pinnacle Peak! The other more Frank Lloyd Wright with some lovely wood pieces.
